 When 3.5 came out it introduced a few needed fixes to the 3.0 system, but also created many more bugs and did not fix several flaws. This includes the new core books lacking elements that were fan staples, only to find them released in ill-written "splat books" later. Edition Pi seeks to fix all of these problems by taking the base-line 3.0 rules set, incorporating what 3.5 got right, fixing the bugs niether adressed, and then incorporating directly into the Edition Pi core books the elements that were left out. This includes a new and highly flexible psionics system that adds only a handful of more pages to the finished books. Best of all, YOU the PLAYERS are encouraged to help in this endeavor by providing your artwork and text to the finished published books...and the core books can be downloaded as they are developed free of charge!
